The whole app

Hold to talk and hands free mode. All five speech models and 100 languages. Vocabulary and replacements and the clean up toggles. History and launch at login. Nothing is held back in a higher tier.

Every x4ops app and every update

One subscription covers every x4ops app with every update while it runs.

Up to 3 computers

Install it on the computers you use yourself. One subscription per person. A computer counts once however many x4ops apps it runs.

Questions about buying

What happens after the 14 day trial?
Dictate still opens and your settings and models and history stay. The hotkeys stop inserting text until the license key from the purchase email is entered in Settings and then License. The License and trial guide explains the key.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. 9.99 EUR every 6 months through Stripe. The card renews by itself and you cancel any time in your Link account at link.com. Dictate keeps working until the end of the paid period.
I already have an x4ops subscription. Do I pay again?
No. The x4ops subscription covers every x4ops app so the same key works here and a computer counts once however many x4ops apps it runs. Enter the key in Dictate under Settings and then License.
What happens when I cancel or a payment fails?
Your key stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that Dictate opens and keeps your settings and the first press shows a dialog with a Renew button. A failed card payment gets 3 days before the key stops.
How many computers can I use it on?
One subscription is for one person on up to 3 computers that you use yourself. A team buys one subscription per person.
What do I receive after I pay?
A receipt from Stripe and a second email from support@x4ops.com with your license key within minutes. Keep both. Enter the key in Dictate under Settings and then License and click Activate.
Does Dictate need the internet?
Once to download a speech model and once to start the trial and once to activate a key on each computer. After that Dictate checks the key about once a day while it is online and works offline for 30 days after the last check. Your voice never goes online. A computer that never reaches license.x4ops.com cannot start the trial or activate a key. Write to support@x4ops.com in that case.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@x4ops.com within 14 days of a payment with your receipt and you get that payment back. The subscription ends and the key stops working at its next daily check.
Can I use Dictate for work?
Yes. The subscription covers your own use at home and at work. The full text is on the license terms page.
